The Real Estate market in Miami is a moving target: the day brings sales, buyers, gigantic commercial transactions and an uncountable number of rental leads. At Chariff Realty, we are thankful for all our requests, including those coming from rental customers.

Many real estate professionals consider the rental market a waste of time. At Chariff, we see rental customers as future buyers who ought to be treated with uttermost respect and professionalism.

Our best residential leads at Chariff Realty Group start as rental requests. Yes, rentals are hard work. Yes, they take a lot of a sales associate’s time. It requires flexibility and knowledge of the vast inventory. However, it is where the customer can test the dedication and customer service we can offer them.

As high season approaches, our office is receiving many calls for rental apartments from our international customers. We are taking these calls with maximum dedication because we know that before getting married with our services the customer must first date us!

Our agents speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and French. Our website’s powerful search engine is the hub for hundreds of listings where buyers can personalize their search and be prompt to timely, professional and top-notch customer service. “ We always have an agent on call,” says Lyle Chariff.

In the last month, Chariff Realty Group successfully placed families in fantastic apartments and houses in the Miami area – from independent lofts in the South of Fifth area in Miami Beach, to ultramodern condos on Brickell , to breathtaking units in Sunny Isles and small affordable studios on West Avenue. Every customer has its own needs and we treat each of them equally well.

We walked them through the arduous process of picking through hundreds of MLS listings, visiting the best options, drafting contract-to-leases, working with listing brokers and owners and finally settling customers into beautiful homes. We know that when the moment is right, this same customer will circle back to us and allow us to once again, take their hand through their next stage: property ownership.
