Ponce Davis Coral Gables is an area near Ponce De Leon Boulevard and Old Cutler Road. Unlike the majority of communities in Coral Gables, Ponce Davis is not located on the water. While this may seem like a drawback, this allows Ponce Davis homes to have larger lots and prices that are much more realistic. Despite this, Ponce Davis is roughly ten minutes to the west of Biscayne Bay.
Ponce Davis real estate is one of the most varied when it comes to the numerous neighborhoods in and around Coral Gables. The homes sit on large plots of land and have residential features that accommodate the estate-like properties. Ponce Davis homes are usually gated and have large amount of front and backyard property. Many properties have a pool, but others go as far as to have pathways in their backyard that lead through gardens. Merrick Park and the University of Miami are two notable places you can visit that are near the Ponce Davis area. Miracle Mile, Fairchild Tropical Gardens and the Biltmore Hotel are also worth mentioning and certainly worth visiting.
