Sunset Island is not just a singular land mass; it’s actually four unique islands bearing the same name to be more precise. All four of the Sunset Islands are differentiated by number but they all offer the gorgeous living experience that allows for gorgeous unobstructed views of shimmering Biscayne Bay plus the sprawling yards to ensure you have lots of space and privacy in order to enjoy the sunny ambiance.
The beautiful views of the waterfront plus the jaw dropping South Florida sunset are certainly worth admiring but they don’t completely represent why the Sunset Island homes are so irresistible. Most of the waterfront lots on Sunset Island I and Sunset Island II are at least 20,000 square feet with 100 feet of water frontage. Each of the four islands has homes ranging from old world appeal and Mediterranean classics to modern sophistication, all with their own unique allure. Because there are four of them, there is an incredibly varied assortment of Sunset Island real estate to choose from.
The entire Sunset Island group is perhaps the closest of all of Miami Beach’s manmade island neighborhoods, thus allowing you to literally walk to some of the most popular places in the city like the Bayshore Golf Course to the east of Sunset Island and the small Island View Park to the south. From Sunset Island you can also check out the equally impressive Venetian Islands.
