Central Miami Beach Description

Central Miami Beach refers to the area in between North Beach and South Beach.  Ostensibly consisting of popular communities like the two Sunset Islands and North Bay Road, central Miami Beach is quite popular not only because of the many unique Miami Beach homes strategically scattered throughout the area, but also because it's equidistant to the two other areas that comprise the city of Miami Beach, Florida.

To get an idea of what kind of Miami Beach real estate you'll find in central Miami Beach, consider North Bay Road found west of the island, not far from the water.  Then again, if you prefer an eastern view, Pinetree Drive is well known for its upscale homes.  The Sunset Islands are perhaps the westernmost neighborhoods in the central Miami Beach area and offer the best views of the waterfront, Miami Beach's other popular islands as well as the neighboring area of downtown Miami.
